Windstorm Inspections:
Windstorm Mitigation Inspections can save you up to 40% against the wind portion of your homeowner's policy. Florida law requires that insurance companies offer reduced rates for hurricane resistant features. Our inspection will evaluate 7 key areasof your home that can qualify for these discounts.
Our twenty minute inspection is completed by a licensed inspector, who will walk around the outside of your home, take digital photos, and then will look at the underside of your roof to validate all the wind safe features of your home.
Steven Ellenbogen Inspections' support staff will send your completed mitigation report and photos to your agent within two business days.
4 Point Inspections:
After Hurricane Andrew, insurance companies started requiring confirmation by a qualified individual that the home is not at an increased risk because of its age. Insurance companies are looking to see the current operating condition of the roof, electric, plumbing, and air conditioning. What is the expected service life? Do any of the 4 points repairs and/or updating?
This one-hour inspection will be completed by a qualified electrician and/or building inspector.

Roof Condition Reports:
ONLY $75. Licensed Roof verifies that the remaining useful life on the roof. If you are being rewritten for a Citizens wind only policy, you need this form.
